I tried "The lilacs" and the first time I put it on, I didn't care for the way it went on, but then I found my lipstick brush and reapplied it. I was dialed in at about #5 which mixed the lightest and darkest shades into a nice color that I didn't feel was too much as well as with a nice shine that didn't make me feel all sticky.
