Campaign 19 and new CHAT feature

Now I can interact with my Customers live online with the new chat feature. With Live Chat, visitors will be able to open an online dialogue with me in real time from three locations: my Personal Web Page, your Online Store, and in the results page for potential customers who search for a Representative on Avon.com.

With the live chat feature, my Customers will be able to instantly communicate and ask questions about a particular product or promotion. Plus I can assist Customers who need help with registration and ordering by walking them through the process.

It's very exciting for me to be able to provide this service to my customers and I hope to chat with you soon!
